How the Kitanorider Driver app works

Go Online

Tap the button at the top right of the home screen. Ensure the indicator reads Online

Receive Trip Request

Wait for a trip allocation. Review trip details displayed (pickup/dropoff locations, payment method, rider info)

Accept or Reject Trip

Tap Accept to accept the trip request or reject to ignore it

Navigate to Pickup

Follow directions to the rider's pickup location. Tap 'I've arrived upon arrival. call or chat with the rider if needed.

Start Trip

Tap 'Pickup' and enter the OTP Provided the rider

Complete Trip

Drive to the rider's destination. Tap 'Drop off' upon arrival. Collect payment if by cash, rate the rider and submit to finalize the trip.
